Training Room View

The Training Room provides a convenient entry into a course.

Through it, users can:-
 

1. Manage their virtual desktops (instructors may also take over participants' desktops)
2. Display the trainer's desktop in Grid or Side-by-Side mode
3. Capture their desktop screen
4. Detach the desktop to a separate browser window or an external monitor, if desired
5. Communicate via chat
6. Access training materials
    

All these actions take place within a browser window. By default, once participants join a course, they are brought directly into the Training Room, streamlining the experience for newcomers.

Instructors, moreover, can view all participant machines simultaneously and interact with any of them—perhaps to assist someone needing help or struggling to keep pace with the class. This simultaneous view of all student machines is unmatched and greatly aids the trainer in recreating a traditional classroom teaching environment.

While not the most intuitive, to leave the Training Room view, simply click the `Desktop` tab once more, and you'll be returned to the Training page.
