DaDesktop

Privacy Policy

DaDesktop is a trading name of NobleProg Ltd., registered in England and Wales. Should you have any enquiries about this policy or our data privacy approach, email us at dd@nobleprog.co.uk

At DaDesktop, we take the privacy of our service users seriously. This policy describes the ways we gather and utilise your personal information, along with the steps we implement to safeguard your personal details.

Services

DaDesktop can be delivered from a NobleProg Data Centre located within the EU, with the following deployment options:

We only gather and process personal data as needed to deliver our services, or for the legitimate purposes outlined in this privacy notice. Please note that the methods of collecting and storing data vary significantly based on the chosen hosting service.

NobleProg hosted public server

This option is hosted in a NobleProg data centre (located within the EU and fully GDPR compliant). It's a shared server used by multiple NobleProg clients, and NobleProg can access it.

If you select a server outside the EU, local legislation may apply. For customers based in Indonesia, their data is stored in Indonesia.

NobleProg hosted private server

This server is hosted in a NobleProg data centre (within the EU). It's a dedicated machine for a single organisation, with no sharing of hardware with other organisations.

Opting for a server outside the EU may mean that local laws apply.

On premise server

The server is situated on the organisation’s own premises. Software is installed directly on that server, and all data remains under the full control of the organisation.
