Recording Management (Beta)

You can now manage recordings and videos for any course page via the Recordings tab. Although this feature is still in Beta, it lets you set up Modules, trim and edit videos, and more.

Recording Management Button

In the recordings tab, you'll find a large blue button labeled 'Recording Management' on the left. Recordings made throughout the course will gather here, each tagged appropriately as Trainer, Training Room, or Participant.

If recordings you've made don't appear right away, use the refresh button next to 'Recording Management' to update the list.

Clicking that button opens a pop-up screen.

From this pop-up, you can select a video and click its pencil icon to start editing.

To create a new Module, click the plus (+) icon located beneath the Modules section.

After setting up modules, you can organize videos into them. Videos can be moved by dragging and dropping,

or by assigning a module when editing the video directly.

Video Editing

Basic video editing is available. For instance, if your recording includes idle moments or time spent locating files—parts you'd rather not show—click the 'scissor' icon on that video to trim out those sections.

This launches the Edit/Cut Recording window, where you can scrum and cut your video. Once you're satisfied, process the video to apply and render your changes.
