Scheduling and Un-scheduling the Deletion of Standalone Machines

Why is the deletion schedule important?

If you're using a Standalone machine to revisit a lab from a past course, or as a trainer preparing for a class, you don't need to worry about it.

However, to optimize resource usage, any standalone machine that remains idle for more than a month will be set for automatic deletion, and you'll receive a 7-day heads-up beforehand.

You can also cancel the deletion if needed.
 

How to manually schedule the deletion of a standalone machine.

1. While creating a standalone desktop, you can assign a deletion date

How to clear a scheduled deletion date

1. From the Options menu, click "Scheduled to delete on" 

2. Hover over the blue toggle icon and click it to instantly clear the deletion date
