Pricing Information

DaDesktop offers four payment options:

  1. Public cloud (starting at 3 EUR per day)
  2. Private server (starting at 10 EUR per day)
  3. Reseller or bulk purchase (starting at 0.1 EUR per day)
  4. On premise
     

Public Cloud

Desktops are billed daily, starting at 3 EUR per day for a basic Linux desktop equipped with 8GB RAM, 8 CPU cores, and 50GB SSD storage.

Each additional 8GB RAM, 8 CPU cores, and 50GB storage adds an extra 3 EUR to the daily rate.

Windows desktops carry an extra 1 EUR per day surcharge. If you provide your own license, this cost is waived.

NB The daily charge applies to any usage within 24 hours from midnight, local server time.

 

Private Server

For a fixed cost regardless of the number of desktops or resources assigned, you can purchase an entire server.

In this scenario, your only limitation is the server's total capacity, not the count of desktops or allocated units.

Reseller and Volume Discounts

Reseller and bulk purchasers can enjoy discounts of up to 80%.

This option is typically suited for companies that intend to:

  1. Integrate DaDesktop with your own product
  2. Resell the service
  3. Make high-volume purchases 
     

On-premise

Standard on-premise deployment pricing is 6 EUR per core.

 

Public Cloud Usage Scenarios

Case 1

An individual uses an Ubuntu desktop with 8GB RAM, 8 CPUs, and 50GB storage for 8 hours within a single day. 

Total price: 3 EUR

Case 2

Someone uses the same Ubuntu setup for a few hours each day over 5 consecutive days. 

Total price: 5 days * 3 EUR = 15 EUR

Case 3

  1. A user runs an Ubuntu desktop with 8GB RAM, 8 CPUs, 50GB storage for one hour
  2. The desktop is deleted
  3. Another desktop with identical specs is created on the same day and used for one hour

Total price: 3 EUR

Case 4

  1. A person uses an Ubuntu standalone desktop with 8GB RAM, 8 CPUs, 50GB storage for one hour
  2. Desktop is deleted
  3. Another desktop with upgraded specs: 16GB RAM, 16 CPUs, and 100GB storage is created on the same day and used for one hour

With two machines of different configurations:

Machine 1 = 3 EUR

Machine 2 = 6 EUR

Total price: 3 + 6 = 9 EUR

Case 5

  1. A user spins up an Ubuntu course desktop with 8GB RAM, 8 CPUs, 50GB storage for one hour
  2. The desktop is deleted
  3. Another desktop, created by the same participant or trainer, with 16GB RAM, 16 CPUs, and 100GB storage is launched on the same day and used for one hour

Total price: 6 EUR 

 

Courses

For Public Cloud and Reseller plans, course charges are billed to the Organization Owner based on the users who created desktops during the course timeframe.
